Without this product, my eyes get really dry in the fall and winter, turn red, and feel miserable. With this product as a supplement, my eyes are normal for a change during the fall and winter months. Will be taking 2 of these per day with a meal half of the year to keep ahead of very dry and puffy eyes/eyelids. Highly recommend!
